What to expect, from our hands to yours
A few notes on shipping, wrapping and returns — so there are no surprises between placing an order and unwrapping it.
Shipping Times
- Every order is packed by hand within 1–2 business days of purchase.
- Standard delivery within the US arrives in 3–6 business days; expedited shipping is offered at checkout.
- Once your parcel ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you always know where it is.
Gift Wrapping
- Every piece — gift or not — arrives tissue-wrapped with a linen ribbon and a single pressed bloom.
- Leave a note at checkout and we'll tuck in a handwritten card at no extra charge.
- Multi-item orders are wrapped individually, so nothing has to be unwrapped and re-wrapped to be given separately.
Returns & Exchanges
- Unused pieces in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Reach out through our contact page with your order details and we'll send simple return instructions.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return arrives back with us.
